Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, unless it is stated to be a pre-order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For pre-orders, the processing time will be stated in the product item page.
Local Shipping Rates
We offer $5 flat rate shipping within Singapore.
Local delivery
You will receive an email containing a tracking number for the delivery of your items after the items have been picked up by our courier.
International Shipping
At this time, we don’t currently ship outside of Singapore but are planning to in the future. Drop us an email at hello@sunnyside-sg.com if you would like us to ship to your country!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our courier provider which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@sunnyside-sg.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
To reduce carbon footprint, we only accept returns/refund/exchange if the products are received in a damaged condition. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the customer to send us an email at hello@sunnyside-sg.com with photographic proof of the damaged goods. Please do not send your purchase back without completing the form.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
