How it works
All our returns are by J & T Express, paperless delivery.
- Once we have processed your return request, you would receive the AWB/tracking no. and parcel pick-up date by our delivery partner.
- We have prepared a return slip for every package that we sent out, so you do not need to print the return slip, however, you would need to write down the tracking number (AWB no.) on it & attach it to the front of the parcel.
- Leave the parcel at your doorstep during the specified date & our delivery partner will pick it up!

Request Form
- Key in your email & order number below.
- We will process your return request and arrange for a courier (at no cost to you). This might take 3-5 working days.
- We will notify you regarding the pick-up details and generate a tracking number for you to write on the already-prepared return slip in your parcel.
- Attach the completed return slip on the parcel & place the package at your doorstep on the specified date. Our courier will do the rest.
